Nexus Real Estate needed a modern platform to replace their aging legacy system that was costing them leads and frustrating agents in the field.

The Problem

The existing platform was built in 2015, loaded slowly on mobile, had no search filtering, and required agents to call the office to update listings. This was costing them an estimated 40% of inbound leads.

Our Solution

We rebuilt the entire platform from scratch using Next.js with server-side rendering for fast load times. We built a real-time agent portal, advanced property search with filters, and a mobile-optimised public-facing site.
