Overview

HealthBridge needed a unified digital platform for appointment booking, test results access, and patient-doctor communication across 8 branches in Johannesburg.

The Problem

Patients were booking via phone only, reception was overwhelmed, and there was no centralised patient record access. POPIA compliance was also a growing concern with paper-based records.

Our Solution

We built a POPIA-compliant web and mobile patient portal with self-service booking, real-time availability, secure test result delivery, and a clinician-facing admin dashboard.
