Overview

FleetWise Logistics manages a national fleet of delivery vehicles and needed a mobile-first solution for driver dispatch, route optimisation, and real-time tracking.

The Problem

Drivers were using WhatsApp for dispatching, leading to missed deliveries, no accountability, and no data for route optimisation. The operations team had zero visibility into live fleet positions.

Our Solution

We built a cross-platform driver app with live GPS tracking, digital proof of delivery, automated dispatch notifications, and a web-based ops dashboard for the FleetWise team.
