ClarityPulse is our own SaaS product, built to solve the problem of data-rich but insight-poor businesses. CEOs and managers shouldn't need data analysts to understand their own numbers.

The Problem

Most SMBs collect CRM and sales data but lack the analytical resources to extract meaningful trends. Leadership makes decisions based on gut feel rather than data.

Our Solution

We built an AI layer that connects to common CRMs, processes pipeline data, and surfaces weekly plain-English insights, anomalies, and recommendations via email and a web dashboard.

Results & Outcomes

• Currently in closed beta with 45 paying customers
• Average time-to-insight reduced from 3 hours to under 2 minutes
• NPS score of 72 from beta users
• Targeting R500k ARR by Q4 2025
